Quad Club launches aqua cycling classes

The Quad Club at The Crowne Plaza on Royal Victoria Dock has launched an innovative new gym glass with underwater cycling.

The revolutionary Cycl’H2O® classes are specially designed to improve your fitness, burning up to 800kcal/h and sculpting your whole body. The class combines high-intensity aqua cycling with circuit training, making the most of water resistance.

Bookings are now being taken on the Quad Club site.
