We plan to transform the Royal Albert Basin into a centre of excellence for the marine industry.
The existing marina and boatyard are sites with potential for:
- a revitalised commercial boatyard
- a marina for local leisure craft
- educational links with the University of East London
- homes and leisure developments
- a heavy boat lifting facility.
With a new look and feel, we can attract specialist engineers and fabricators to the area.
